Political Advertising Policy

We believe in a fair and democratic election process.  We do not accept ads that make misleading claims about the census process or ads that make demonstrably false claims that could significantly undermine participation or trust in an electoral or democratic process.  This includes claims that elections are cancelled, delayed, or otherwise seeks to mislead by providing an incorrect date or voting location.
Our policy further seeks to support free expression of ideas and robust political dialog about topics relevant to voters. However, we will not accept ads that include “deep fakes” (doctored and manipulated media) or make blatantly false claims.
While it is difficult to monitor every ad on our platform, those ads who are found to violate our policy will be removed.
